Poached Eggs on Spinach with Smoked Salmon & Hollandaise

- 2 eggs
- 1 Slice Spinach Bread (see recipe)
- 2 Slices Smoked Salmon
- 1 dollop Hollandaise Sauce (see recipe)
- 1 TBS yeast flakes dill to garnish
- 1.Poach eggs
Place Spinach bread in toaster
When toast is ready top with salmon and poached eggs
Place Hollandaise on top
Sprinkle with yeast flakes and dill and enjoy
