Does this cover low fodmap eating
Yes there is a section on it, but not all of the recipes are low fodmap.
If my hormones are out of balance & I’m going through menopause, am I just going to be wasting my time & feel more miserable & unable to lose fat?
Personally it helped me in menopause so much especially hormones and that is why I continue to do it. Lee
Can this be adapted to vegan diet
Yes we have a vegetarian meal planner and recipes which can easily be adapted to a vegan option. Lee
I have just signed up – hoping this plan can help as, being post menopause, diagnosed with hypothyroidism and now pre type2 (oh joy!) I am at my wits end

Is a program where start together or do when ready. In the next three months I’m getting my gallbladder removed and it sounds like might be a good plan for that – would that be the case.

Not on fasting days and other days in moderation:)
Pain and fatigue from adrenal fatigue and polymyalgia rheumatica. Will this be right for me?

Lee do you mean you practice 16:8 everyday and in addition to this do the 5:2 format of 500 cal day x2 ? I got so tired of 5:2 that I opted to permanently do 16:8 ( as often as is possible). Is this format as beneficial health wise do you think?

Yes the health benefits are similar and I do both at the same time 16:8 plus 5:2

I actually hate fish since menopause ,,,,,hope there’s not to many recipes in your programme fish wise……….would I be able to substitute with something else and also I’m not really a big meat eater. Just want to make sure I would be able to do the programme
