Hello everyone.

Welcome to the world of plant medicines, where wonder and wisdom prevail!

My name is Sulin Sze, and I’m a herbalist and naturopath, and a Fellow of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

I’ve been working with plant medicines for the past 17 or so years as a naturopath, herbalist and more recently, as an educator, teaching plant lovers the art of medicine making with herbs and nutrients.

As the resident herbalist and naturopath for Supercharged Food, I'm going to share with you a series of posts that include some of my favourite herbs, their healing qualities and well as how to best prepare them.

I’ll be bringing together my knowledge of their therapeutics, chemistry, blending secrets and more so that you can start building your own collection of healing medicines and foods immediately.

More about Sulin...

Sulin is a herbalist, naturopath, writer and educator. She practices naturopathy in a clinical setting and is post-graduate trained in evidence based complementary medicine. She is committed to education in herbalism and teaches with Torrens University, Nature Care and Endeavour College in Sydney.

After many years writing and devising learning experiences for higher education in herbalism, she launched the Wild Medicine Academy in 2020, dedicated to deepening the ideological integrity of herbalism, indigenous herbalism, and with an emphasis on rounding out formal training in naturopathy.

Wild Medicine Academy courses are suitable for all levels and have various foci such as the Elixir Course, an initiatory process for herbalists to transform their practice of plant medicine. Sulin is a Fellow of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
