Egg Milk

- 3 organic whole eggs
- 1 litre warm or cold filtered water
- 4 drops stevia (optional)
Place the eggs into a blender
Start with a low speed and gradually add the water
Add stevia to taste if you like a sweet milk then pour into a large jar or container and refrigerate. Keeps for 5 days
Lee, in your cookbook, Supercharged Food, you put magnesium and calcium in your egg shake. Right now, I am just putting a little honey, water and vanilla bean for my flavouring…yum! Could you please be so kind to recommend what brand of magnesium and calcium you use for your egg shake? That would be helpful, as my partnet does not like the taste of our current (yet very high quality) magnesium supplement. Thanks so much. xo
