Meatloaf

- 500 gms ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1 whole egg
- 1 TBS fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. Celtic sea salt
Topping:
- 3 TBS tomato paste
- 3 TBS water
- 2 drops liquid stevia
(Place all three ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to combine)
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius
Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl
Add the onions, celery, garlic, rosemary & salt. Mix well
Add the ground beef to the mixture and stir well
Press mixture into a loaf pan and then spread the tomato topping over the meatloaf
Place in the oven for approx. 40 mins
Remove from oven and let it sit to retain juices

Hi Lisa, you can try 180 and see how you go it will take a bit longer lee
Can I use Turkey mince instead for the beef meatloaf?
