- 8 drops liquid Stevia to taste
Place nuts in a blender

Pour through a strainer into a bowl and then transfer to jug or container
Pour into latte glass and enjoy or can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Hi Lee, what if you are allergic to nuts? Can you suggest an alternative? I find these diets and recipes extremely difficult when so many recipes have nuts, nut flours or avocado… Would love any tips!! Ta!!
You could try raw milk or rice milk, alternatives to nut flours are brown rice flour, coconut flour, amaranth, buckwheat flour, chia flour, millet etc.
Thanks Lee appreciate your help!
Hi Lee, why does the filtered water need to be warm to make the nut milk? Thanks
It doesn’t have to be warm you can use any temperature water 🙂
Hi Lee. All recepies I read before have nuts soaked overnight. You don’t think soaking required?
Thanks
Sophie
Its really up to you!
