Slow Roasted Tomatoes

- 12 Roma tomatoes (or tomatoes of your choice)
- 1 TBS fresh dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 TBS olive oil
Heat oven to 100 degrees Celsius
Place tomatoes on baking dish
Splosh on Olive Oil
Sprinkle on sea salt, garlic and rosemary
Bake on middle shelf of oven for approx. two hours
